Roderick can be instructed to conduct independent investigations, adjudications and mediations in the private and public sectors.

He is a longstanding supporter of mediation, first training with the ADR Group in 2005 and re-training with the Society of Mediators in 2021. Businesses, local authorities, central government or regulators as well as private individuals can all benefit from a professional who is external to both the organisation and the issue under review.
